Amazing Season for Rezzers Netball Team

The Resolution IT ‘Rezzers’ netball team have had a fantastic season, taking home multiple wins!

Winter League

The Winter League saw both Resolution IT teams play brilliantly; Resolution IT Green and Resolution IT Black. Black had a solid season and finished mid-table, narrowly missing out on a play-off spot for the cup matches. Green won the league, with only one loss all season, carrying them through to the Cup.

All in all, it was a great squad effort all season, with a huge amount of versatility and resilience shown by the team.

Cup Matches

Resolution IT Green’s League win meant they were able to play Specsavers Flash in the Cup Semi-Finals, and won! This took them through to the Final where they played Blaze A. This was a brilliant game by the squad, with all 11 members having time on the pitch through rotation, which showed great versatility. The game ended in a tie; the first Cup tie of its kind!

Mixed League – Resolution IT Raptors

This was the first mixed league ever! The team had a mix of Resolution IT Green and Black, as well as five men who joined the squad. They were undefeated all season which is a huge accomplishment!

The mixed league was a great new way of including men in the sport and was a thoroughly enjoyable event for everyone.

All in all, an incredible season for the Rezzers, who also won a number of individual prizes in the GNA Awards, which really demonstrates the strength of the club.

We’re very proud of the team for such a fantastic season, great work Rezzers!
