New Joiners for Resolution IT Dubai

Resolution IT Dubai continues to grow with the addition of three new members.

Joanna Barnes has joined the team as a Customer Success Manager after an accomplished career in account management for a leading broadband provider. Joanna will play a leading role in business development for the Dubai branch of the business, as well as elevating our client service to ensure our customers receive the highest level of support.

Coming from a strong IT background, Asanka Hendahewa has come on board as a Systems Consultant. In his new role, Asanka will be responsible for advising on the design, planning and installation of systems for our clients, ensuring the solutions best suit the business requirements. Asanka will also play an important role in mentoring junior members of the team.

Lastly, Hanna Saju has joined as a Technician and will be working to support the wider team with ticket escalation and client support. Hanna joins as one of the many new Technicians Resolution IT is employing around the world to provide comprehensive and flexible support to our clients, across multiple time zones.
