As for client updates and improvements, as ever, we’ve been working hard to come up with solutions to improve the client experience at Resolution IT. We introduced a self-service password reset portal, a physical, bi-monthly client newsletter, welcomed a new account executive and hosted our first Modern Bytes lunchtime learning sessions. We’re entering the New Year with some really exciting projects and events up our sleeve, including the celebration of our 15-year anniversary! Moving onto December news, congratulations to Jon Warr and Matt Bichard for celebrating company anniversaries this month, reaching 2 years and 1 year respectively.
In many ways, this year has been challenging for all of us. With that in mind, we have formed a Health and Well-being Committee for our team, who have organised a series of projects and initiatives for 2022, from training two more office Mental Health First Aiders, to a January Step Up challenge, encouraging colleagues to brave the cold and get as many steps in as possible. We have a way to go with our mental health support journey and there are always ways to improve, but we hope to look back on 2022 knowing we’ve done our best to support our team in all areas.
As unfortunate as it is to have to postpone our team Christmas celebrations, we know we’re not alone. We’re looking forward to celebrating a belated Christmas party in March, but until then, we wish everyone a happy and healthy Christmas and a fantastic New Year.
