Earlier in September, we celebrated our 15^th anniversary! Our CEO Olly Duquemin and Managing Director Steve Brehaut spoke about their journey over the last 15 years; the lessons they’ve learned, challenges they’ve faced, their biggest achievements and the importance of staying true to your values. To mark the occasion, we got together for a celebration at the office with pizza and drinks to catch up and reward everyone for their hard work. We look forward to a bigger celebration at Christmas which will be the official Resolution IT Big Birthday Bash!

In company news, we were thrilled to see we’ve been shortlisted for Large MSP of the Year at the Network Group Awards. Congratulations to all shortlisted MSPs across the board and best of luck! Great work Resolution IT team!

So what have the team been up to?

Our directors were delighted to attend the Managed Services Summit in London. The event featured presentations by leading industry speakers, sessions and workshops, exploring technical, sales and business topics. This was a fantastic opportunity to network with other big names in the industry. Olly Duquemin, Steve Brehaut, James Kelsh and Pierre Jehan gained some brilliant insights to help drive our business forward and improve the services we offer to our clients.

Head of Cloud Solutions, Ollie Le Prevost, and Networking & Security Consultant, Josh Chaloner, attended the European Cloud Summit in Frankfurt. This is a leading European cloud business and technology event that brings together cloud providers, industry leaders, customers and delegates. The event is perfect for networking and learning, and key topics included sustainability, AI, modernisation, security and the metaverse. This was a brilliant opportunity for our Cloud Solutions team to develop their knowledge and keep their finger on the pulse of the cloud sphere.
