String of Promotions for Resolution IT

We’re delighted to announce our latest round of promotions at Resolution IT.

Nick Girauld and Luke Corbin have been elevated to Senior Technician, Oscar has been promoted to Systems Consultant and Ollie Le Prevost is now Head of Cloud Solutions.

In their new roles, Nick and Luke will be undertaking more responsibility in acting as a point of escalation for the Technicians, assisting them with tickets and taking them on if needed. They will also be responsible for taking on critical outages / priority tickets (P1 and P2 tickets).

In his new position as a Systems Consultant, Oscar will be helping clients assess different technology strategies and, in doing so, align their technology strategies with their business or process strategies. Along with resolving any technology challenges and managing their technology refreshment projects.

As Head of Cloud Solutions, Ollie will be reviewing our cloud service offerings, re-defining baselines and standards, and looking to improve efficiencies in the delivery and maintenance of our client’s cloud environments.
