Aimee Doel is our Continuous Improvement Lead. In essence, her role is to make things better and quicker for our clients. We always have a focus on improving our services, and Aimee plays a key role in developing and investing in solutions to reach this goal. Aimee strategises and creates results to increase efficiency with our services, an example of this is the self-service password reset portal that she developed earlier in the year. Another project she implemented was our customised new user forms which are unique to each business. Her favourite part of her role is the problem solving approach.
This is only a small percentage of the brilliant minds that make up our company, but hopefully it provides a bit of insight into the variety of roles that make up a company like ours!
