Over the past year at Resolution IT, we’ve been taking part in sessions to discover our values, to learn what is important to each of us as individuals. With the significant growth we’ve seen over the last few years, we thought it was important to reassess and redefine our company values, to ensure they best represent us as a whole. It was great to uncover that as a collective, the things we find most important are well aligned.
We asked our Senior Leadership Team to speak on our company values. Last week, we spoke to our Director, Matt Le Patourel, about what Excellence means to him. Next up, it’s our Client Services Director, Pierre Jehan, on Passion.
Pierre Jehan is our Client Services Director with responsibilities spanning across strategy & support, client & project management and business development; all areas he feels very passionately about.
‘Passion is what gets me up in the morning and makes me want to come to work every day. It’s the motivator to want to do better, for yourself, your clients and your colleagues. I know when we interview people I look for that spark of passion; it’s what sets people apart. It can be a passion for anything but you know if someone has passion, with the right support, they’re going to be a great addition to the team at Resolution IT. Passion is definitely contagious and makes for a very exciting workplace.
If I think about the passion I display for our clients, it’s to make sure they have the best and most secure systems in place, the most automated, most cost-efficient and unrivalled return on their investment. Passion means I challenge them and I want to be challenged in return, so that they really are getting the very best possible out of their IT services.
Passion for me is constantly keeping an eye on new technological developments that will help our clients, learning about the latest industry trends and constantly wanting to better our clients’ IT. It’s such a fast-paced and exciting industry to be in that you can’t help but be passionate about it!’
