Work Experience at Resolution IT Dubai

Last week, Resolution IT Dubai welcomed Roshan to the office for work experience.

Roshan currently studies at Taaleem Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park, and plans on studying Computer Engineering at university. During his time with Resolution IT, Roshan shadowed the technical team as they resolved client requests, visited client-site, and triaged tickets, as well as spending time with other teams to learn how each department collaborates across the business.

About his time at Resolution IT, Rosham said:

“I had an enjoyable experience with Resolution IT, where I gained a variety of technology-related skills. I had some intriguing encounters, like talking to Umar about the job and developing professionally at the organisation. Samy taught me about numerous departments and how they collaborate to ensure that Resolution IT consistently generates the finest product possible.”

He added:

“My best experience was definitely visiting a client’s office onsite with Rafi, where we assisted with any IT-related issues the client was having and examined and resolved any issues with the client’s server. It significantly broadened my understanding of networking, large-scale company internet systems, and how one component interacts with the others to create a reliable network connection. Resolution IT is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the world of IT and investigate whatever is presented to them.”
