Resolution IT, Guernsey’s specialist technology company, has been placed by a respected international guide in the top 20 of UK managed serviced providers and inside the leading 500 global businesses.
The ‘MSP 501’ listing is produced by US-based MSP Mentor which ranks companies of all sizes by examining their business models, technologies, markets and customer segments. MSP Mentor is considered the benchmark guide, news site and blog for managed service providers and Resolution IT was placed 19th in the UK and 362nd worldwide in 2017.
Olly Duquemin, Resolution IT’s Joint MD, said he was delighted to be included in the rankings for the first time and felt that the company’s rapid development in managed and cloud services were key to meeting the rigorous standards required.

To be eligible for the MSP 501, companies submit a confidential survey application along with verified financial results and are assessed on all parts of their business. MSP Mentor examines items such as marketing, industry accreditations, company size, service levels, revenue streams and a weighting based on specific activities. The highest value is placed on income generated from recurring revenue through true managed and cloud services.
