3-Months in at Resolution IT
Three months into his new role as Dubai Business Development Manager, Lucas Cotty has outlined his time at Resolution IT so far.
Earlier this year, I joined Resolution IT with an aim to contribute to the company’s strategic expansion in the UAE, and to pursue my own personal development. From the outset, my role as Business Development Manager has offered a compelling challenge and supportive environment.
Three months into my new role, I wanted to take stock and document my time here so far.

Professional Growth & Collaboration
Over these first few months, I’ve been trusted with meaningful decisions and encouraged to develop professionally. I’ve had the chance to work closely with our Dubai Managing Director (my line manager), the Marketing Manager, and the Sales Director, as well as colleagues from the wider Zenzero company – people who bring deep expertise in areas like cyber security, CRM, and digital transformation.
This open, collaborative approach has been a huge boost in helping me get up to speed and feel part of the bigger picture from the very start.
