We nurture this culture with regular cyber awareness training from Resolution IT; monthly bitesize sessions to keep knowledge current and annual in-person training with Nick Robilliard, who’s fantastic. The sessions are informative and engaging and have been a great way to boost confidence and awareness.
We also engage Resolution IT’s vCISO service, which has been a huge reassurance to our board. Resolution IT has helped us establish strong controls, policies and procedures which have proven incredibly useful when it comes to vendor management questionnaires and providing peace of mind to our customers and prospects. Having access to comprehensive security advice and consultancy provides peace of mind and ensures we have a finger on the pulse of current risks and trends. The team also helped us attain the Cyber Essentials certification, which is a great way to evidence our commitment to cyber security.
