Resolution IT is excited to sponsor Art for Guernsey’s Regeneration Project on Mansell Street

The latest Art for Guernsey project is the charity’s most ambitious yet. The team have brought together a mix of local and international artists for a fantastic exhibition exploring the theme of ‘Diversion’. In addition to this, street artists have been brought in to breathe life into the Old Quarter on Mansell Street, painting the dilapidated buildings with vibrant artwork.

In just five days, the buildings surrounding the Art for Guernsey HQ have been transformed with beautiful paintings, ranging from a giant Octopus filling the café in Edward Hopper’s famous ‘Nighthawks’, to a cartoon pigeon paying homage to the street’s primary residents.

The project is the perfect representation of everything Art for Guernsey has done for our island. Bringing world-renowned art to our little rock, providing opportunities to local creatives, fostering community and just making Guernsey feel a little more cool. We are delighted to have sponsored this project alongside Fort, DLM Architects, and Network Insurance, and can’t wait to see what’s next.
