Welcoming 12 New Joiners to Resolution IT

Resolution IT has welcomed a wave of new faces to the team, with 12 people joining since May across all three of our locations.

In Jersey, we were pleased to welcome Reece Davis as a Technician. Over in Dubai, Lucas Cotty joined us as a Business Development Manager, along with Lijo John and Abu Sufiyan Chawan as Senior Technicians. Meanwhile, in Guernsey, we had Dan Loller, Sam McCarthy, and Joe Fossey join as Technicians. Andy Baker has come on board as a Professional Services Consultant, Matt Gurney as a Service Delivery Pod Manager, Emma Matthews as a Project Coordinator, Elliot Bewey as Software Development Consultant and Nigel Prince as a Delivery Driver.

Our technical hires come as part of our recent service delivery restructuring, shifting to a pod-based structure. This new team dynamic provides the opportunity for our team to develop closer relationships with our clients and their unique requirements, and means our clients will deal with familiar faces that understand their infrastructure well. This is already improving service levels, increasing efficiency, and spreading workload more evenly.
