NSM moved to Resolution IT because they were looking for an all-round managed services package with total cost-transparency. They needed proactive support from dedicated professionals, and technology that would propel them forward by leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions.

NSM needed a solution that enabled hybrid working, facilitated team collaboration and allowed staff to access their files from anywhere. Our Cloud Solutions team built a hybrid cloud environment with improved infrastructure, as well as providing full support and training to help their team utilise the full benefits of this technology. This agile solution meant they were able to transition seamlessly to home working during the lockdown. Their hybrid environment is the first step in NSM’s journey towards a full cloud environment, which will be the next stage in our partnership.

Our Information Security team have provided NSM staff with cyber awareness training and frequent phishing simulation tests to keep knowledge current. With Resolution IT’s support, NSM are also working towards achieving Cyber Essentials and IASME certifications. We have also been able to streamline and update policies and procedures and get secure protections and controls in place.
