With this in mind, as part of their onboarding process, we set Redwood up on laptops and smoothly migrated them from their incumbent’s on-premise, hosted desktop environment, to cloud-based Office 365. This means their users can access files and applications away from the office, making home-working or office-hopping easy.

We gave comprehensive Office 365 training at all levels, to ensure their staff were equipped to get the most out of their upgraded IT systems from lift-off. Redwood’s shift to the cloud and laptops has given them expansive business benefits – including the ability to control costs, boost business agility and increase security, as well as removing the need to maintain their own servers.

Since our partnership with Redwood began, we have given them access to our experienced team of security professionals through our vCISO service, supplied cyber and GDPR training and set them up with our simulated phishing campaign, as well as beginning the process of gaining cyber essentials and IASME Certifications.

Redwood chose to go with our Platinum PLUS package – an all-encompassing, fixed-fee, managed IT service. This offers unlimited day-to-day support at a cemented price, giving them peace of mind and the ability to manage their budgets effectively. Our Platinum PLUS service also includes quarterly health checks and business reviews, guaranteed response times, remote support and 24/7 monitoring.
