From Work Experience to Career

Resolution IT is happy to share that we have made job offers to both individuals that joined us for work experience earlier in the year.

Josh Upson and Jack Thompson will be joining the team as Technicians in the summer. Each of them spent a week in the office, shadowing the Managed Services team and learning about how the business operates.

Work experience is a fantastic way to get a feel for the work environment and for the employer to get a feel for you. At Resolution IT, we are always eager to welcome students, graduates and those looking to begin their career journey to our office for work experience, and we’ll support you through the process to ensure you get the most from your time with us.

Josh said,  “I am really excited to join Resolution IT. One of the main reasons for me accepting the offer was the varied and diverse nature of the service and clients.”

“Work experience at Resolution IT was really valuable and gave me an intimate look at how a business operates. It was fascinating seeing the work of the individual teams and how the different departments worked together to deliver projects and support the clients. ”

Josh added: “One of the most important things about work experience was building connections in the industry I was planning on working in and I am grateful to have secured a job ahead of my A levels. Spending  the time in the company allowed me to get a real feel of the culture and the team which helped make my decision about whether or not the business was right for me.”
